We arrived at 11 am on a flight from New York, we were told at check-in the room was not ready but they would call when it was (which was fine with us we expected that), our dates of stay was wrong and the front desk check in girl was rude and told me it is what it is since i booked through airbnb, i contacted my host who immediately contacted the palms and it was corrected. Unfortunately we cannot say the same for the Palms Place staff at all! In fact we cannot believe that the staff of the actual hotel was so poor. Our AirBNB service was phenomenal our hosts were attentive. We booked this Suite through AirBNB for 11 nights.
